PEST CONTROL PROGRAM - MONTHLY TREATMENT IS 'NORMALLY' THE 2nd TUESDAY OF THE MONTH. If you need interior pest control treatment, you may call the company directly and they will respond as quickly as they can. The number to call is 1-866-390-7378. NOTE: If you find dead bugs, that means the program is working! Only call if a live infestation is observed.
Also - someone must be at your unit to let the technician in - he will not enter an empty condo unit.
The Association Board approved the comprehensive pest control program in 2012. The same company is also providing our subterranean termite protection service and Drywood termite treatment. You can check out the company by going to http://www.NaturZone.com.
Our 8 buildings plus the pool building will be serviced monthly to treat the exterior of the buildings, including rodent control.
The technician will service our condos generally the 2nd Tuesday of each month. If you have an interior pest problem you'd like them to service, please call the company directly as indicated above. If not an emergency, they will schedule time the next time the technician is on site. This service is included in the billing to the Association.
Also, the Association purchased rodent bait boxes for the 4 dumpster areas and the pool building; these will be maintained by NaturZone as well.

SUBTERRAINIAN TERMITE PROGRAM
There are almost 200 bait containers installed around our condo complex - they are green cylinders ~ 4" in diameter and ~12" long. They are installed to be flush with the surface of the ground, with opens in them underground for termites to enter and eat the bait. The cylinders are designed to be opened by the pest control technician to periodically replenish the bait. The approximate location of these stations is shown in THIS file. If anyone finds a bait station out of the ground, please report it to the condo property management company so they can notify NaturZone.
